[Springboard] Junaluska Gathering

Our concerns are E I "legacy" and the possibility to once again address the 
recent trends in transforming, not necessarily the institutional church, but 
the new secular based communities (both in and outside the historic church) 
that are springing up around our nation. This constitutes a deep need for 
relevant educational reforms that would include spirit, intellectual, and 
social methods that will transform church doctrine into the wisdom of life's 
experiences. For example, John Cock's update of RS 1, and Mathew Fox's 
recent book (AWE) which is the recovery of "Ancient Wisdom Education" 
utilizing the modality of  "education through image" utilizing life's 
experiences through the media of the arts, community and social engagement.
