Dear Friends,

We are pleased to tell you that the dates for our Spring Mindfulness Retreat are April 18-20th this year.  It will be held at St Francis of the Woods near Guthrie.   Details for this retreat will be coming to you soon in a flyer.   So mark your calendar.  

If you know this date is good for you and want to come, you might want to send a deposit of $50 or $100 to save your space.  Some scholarships are available.  So don’t let money be a block.
