[Springboard] Big Sort Study

Dear Colleagues,

We decided to do one more study on The Big Sort, Chapter 12 from 
about page 298 on and reflections on what we can do.  Great 
conversation this week on popular preaching, short courses...

Also possibility raised by David Rebstock of studying next the book, 
"Everything Must Change" by Brian McLaren.  David has agreed to lead 
this study.
