[Springboard] Outliers

Dear Colleagues,

I finished reading The Outliers last week, find it has a lot to 
recommend it, some controversial conclusions and lots of 
implications.  The first story about community is very interesting in 
itself.  I'm not sure how many sessions it would be good for, might 
go quickly, but was very happy I got it and will share the stories 
from it.  I'm thinking to read The Tipping Point again also by the 
same author.
