We, too, heard Greg Mortenson speak in Santa Rosa and had him autograph
"Stones into Schools" books for David for his birthday and for my mom, who
at age 89, led her book club's discussion of "Three Cups of Tea". David,
who is more likely to "read" action novels on CDs than actually turn pages,
whizzed through "Stones into Schools" in a week because, as he observed, it
reads like an action novel! Also made contributions to CAI in the name of
several family members for Christmas. Amazing how he is now advising the US
Military.
