David Rebstock and all the others engaged in the fundamentalist/liberal
dialogue:
   Thank you for taking the time to raise the questions and to begin
providing answers to the fundmental/liberal duality. I have been totally at
sea in dealing with the power of fundamentalism--which my brother
reflects--not even knowing where to begin. Logic doesn't work. So I just
let it sit there.
   David, I read your summary of Bernard Brandon Scott's research with awe
and deep gratitude for your long posting. Please keep this dialogue going.
It is a life and death issue with the Neo-Cons in power.
  I am deeply concerned about voting machines and the ability of their
designers and of local election supervisors to destroy votes with no trace.
I fear a repeat of the Florida massacre that the Democrats could never have
gotten away with had the roles been reversed.
   I was in Maine this past week-end and I saw a great election button an
elderly gentleman was sporting: "When Clinton lied, nobody died." I
encouraged him to wear it 24/7, but never thought to ask him where he got
it. Duh! Does anyone know where? And if it is available as a bumper
sticker?
   Greetings to you and Ellen, David.
