[Dialogue] NEW CAR JACKING SCHEME

Re: the "urban legend"  - someone should tell that to the police in our own
city of Tacoma, since it's been a frequent enough problem, here, for regular
reports on the "up-waves" and lessening of car-jackings for the past several
years here, including the police giving us suggestions on how to avoid, or
handle.  For this reason, I chose to share this info with others.  Doesn't
matter what the technique, but it does matter that people use a little
caution in getting into their cars or driving with their doors unlocked.  I
remember one of our colleagues having some guys hit her windshield with a
bat, while trying to get into the car--the colleague was IN the car!
