My understanding is that the EAST is  INDIA	    SEAPAC	 CHINA
Personally, I prefer the more inclusive terms of SOUTH ASIA	SEAPAC	NORTH

 In the years since there have been various revisions of it, creative
variations, particularly in the East: India-China-Seapac. Or is it
China-India-Seapac? The other two of the big three are North
America-Europe-Russia and South
America-NAME-Africa. There also is a global Grid subdivided into Areas.
