Offer of Document Hosting Service for OE and Dialogue lists

Occasionally list members want to share documents that are too large 
to email to the list. (This list has a 40K limit to prevent causing 
problems for those with slower connections.)

This will work as follows. Email the file to me personally as an 
attachment. (If you have a program like Winzip, you might compress it 
first if possible.) I will put the file on my web server and send 
you back the location (the URL). You can then paste that location 
into an email you send to the list. Then people can decide to 
download the file or not, and your list posting will be small.

For example, a text file with the content of this message is here:

David Zahrt and I tried this with his post entitled "Singing" and it 
seemed to work well.

Keep in mind that the only security for these files is "security by 
obscurity". By that I mean anyone on the web who knows where the 
files are would be able to download them. So these files need 
to be files you wouldn't mind being shared beyond our list, and in 
particular are files that can be legally shared.

We can consider later connecting the file location with 
www.wedgeblade.net and maybe having a simple web site, but I'm no 
rush to try that.
