Go to the link at the bottom of each and every list message 
(including this one), e.g.:

Click on that link. Near the  bottom of that web page is the list of 
addresses of all the list owners, right where it says: "Dialogue list 
run by: ". Click on the list of emails to send an email to them (one 
email to 
Dialogue-owner at wedgeblade.net reaches us all.)

A little above that spot on the page, but still near the bottom, you 
can enter your email where it says "Unsubscribe or edit options". 
There you can control everything about your subscription with no 
help. 

I am considering putting a direct link to the member options page 
login at the bottom of every message, because the list info page is a 
bit confusing. That link is:
