Several easy ways to get The Art of Focused Conversation and/or The Art of
Focused Conversation for Schools (which has a wonderful detailed
conversation on Schindler's List contributed by OliveAnn Slotta, David Dunn,
and several others from Denver):

1. Go to ICA Associates (Canada) website -- http://ica-associates.ca and
order it online directly from the co-publisher (us)
2. Contact ICA US, which carries our books
3. Go to Amazon.com and order online
4. I was websurfing yesterday and discovered that Walmart carries AFC for
Schools! I don't know if this means it is downgraded to popular culture, or
if it means that the masses can have their lives addressed.... Or maybe
both...
