I'd love to take credit for the great article, but it's from a newsman, Hal Crowther.  Hadn't thought about his structure; you're right, and it probably lends even more power to what he has to say! Del has done a great job on this article/witness. Whether she was conscious 
of using it or not, the method she used follows very nicely the succession of 
Objective, Reflective, Interpretive, Decisional: a method we all use daily and 
which gives credence to what she has to say.
