Jim and Oliveann,
I shared your caution and I did some nosing around and here is what I found:
The web site is a project of the National Council of Churches, True Majority
and Res Publica. I cannot find a connection with Move On. I believe the
photo is of Sergeant Shriver who now had Alzheimer's disease. This is
Maria's husband who among other things founded the Peace Corps during the
Kennedy administration. I trust the National Council of Churches, True
Majority and William Sloane Coffin, their honorary president.
Since it is a not-for-profit corporation it cannot advocate for particular
candidates, but only for issues and encouraging people to register and vote.
I guess this is all I have for now.
Let's several of us respond to Jim and Oliveann thoughtful questions.
Thanks!
Peace,
Harry

Dear Dick Kroeger,
Our cautious side caused us to visit the website for FaithfulAmerica, but
stop short of joining or even investigating by clicking for more
information. Guess our hope is that our wedgeblade dialogue will bat this
idea around enough to give us all the confidence to 'sign up'.
Some questions from here:
Who is the person pictured on the website? The founder?
What's the relation of FaithfulAmerica to Moveon?
How does FaithfulAmerica complement the work of the group called Results?
What's your personal knowledge of the origin of the group, and of members
of their directing board?
The information you've provided certainly whets the appetite, and the info
on the website home page does the same.
Awaiting some more internal dialogue from and with our colleagues.
Jim and Oliveann Slotta in Denver
