Whenever you want. Are you wanting me to do it and you announce on
the new list? I thought it might be better to announce on the old
list and then put in the names.

I'm confused. I had to create a password in order to control my
account on Topica. That's exactly the same with mailman. How is this
different?
Mailman will assign the people we put in a bulk subscription a
password. They can manage their subscription with the web interface
using this password, and they can change the password to something
easy to remember. They don't need a password to read or post
messages. While the web interface looks different, the email
interface is very similar.
By the way, the reply-to looks ugly right now, I want to try to clean
it up. I would also like to do the OE list at the same time, but so
far don't have the email list. (But if any delay, we don't have to
wait.)
