[Dialogue] Short description

The short list description was:

ICA Colleague Dialogue (dialogue)

The (dialogue) looked ugly in the reply-to field because of the
parentheses. I shortened it to

Colleage Dialogue

Looks much better (see the reply-to field), but looks funny without
ICA. Given the disclaimer in the list description and the fact that
the list is closed, how far do we need to take the removal of
references to "ICA"? Is "ICA Colleague Dialogue" in the list
description OK or not? When David gets back maybe he can weigh in on
this.

On another subject of timing. As soon as we load addresses to the
list, everyone will receive a welcome message. This should not happen
before you announce the change. Therefore I assume that you should
announce on the old list first. For politeness we should offer to
people to opt out of transfer to the new list. We should also compose
a short description of how the new list works and upload to the old
list.

Also we aware that as soon as we activate the list, we should revert
to regular email to discuss list management.

I hope David will be able to get me the OE list mebers soon so we can
migrate both lists at once, unless for safety we decide to migrate
one list at a time (in case of problems).

Also, what will you do with the old list after the transfer? Can you
unsubscribe everyone and keep it alive, or will you kill it? Is there
a way to deactivate it without killing it?

Tim
