Somehow, I lost your last message after I printed it out. Then my computer crashed. I hope I am not being visited by "sasser" and the rest of them.

As far as I am concerned, your reference in the Dialogue page is sufficient. You might have noticed, I did not repeat that in the suggested Welcome message. I think your description is OK.

We can do that. How about something like this to go on ica-dialogue: "In the next day, you will find a new listserv dialogue at wedgeblade.net which replaces the old ica-dialogue. Please use dialogue at wedgeblade.net. You can use the new listserv no differently from ica-dialogue, there will be no ads, and there will be a short description to remind you how the new list works. Anyone desiring to unsubscribe from the new list has the opportunity to do so.
"In two days, ica-dialogue will be closed. It will no longer be available for conversations and/or other messages."
By the way, is the list serv name case sensitive? I notice the passwords were, and if it is it may require some priming of the list members to be careful. I will try to address in lower case and see if it works.

Agree. Either that or use the old OE at mailman.emwd.com if that is still available. We have exchanged some messages here to show it works.
>Can you unsubscribe everyone and keep it alive.
There is a way for me to access the list members and control how each is connected: ON, OFF, DELETE. I was thinking of going through the main list, delete everyone we need to, and keep a few names, like the four of us, to keep the list alive while you ponder whether and how to keep the archives. When you are satisfied, I'll just go and delete the list.
By the way, may I suggest you put in Bob Hawley's name as co-administrator?
