Your text is pretty good. I've made a few edits below.

If you want to do this today, let me know. I'll be around all day. 
Sunday afternoon or evening is also possible.

When this happens, be sure to leave David, Bob, myself, and yourself 
subscribed so we can discuss migration.

Hope you are doing OK. I have already visited the doctor today for a
