[Dialogue] Thanks to Abe

If you are getting this, you have been successfully migrated to the 
new dialogue list, the successor to ica-dialogue.

Folks, we all owe Abe Ulangca a hearty thanks for his faithful and 
steady work on this list. He has requested to step more into the 
background for reasons of health. He remains a co-administrator and 
will be a valued consultant. At Abe's request, Bob Hawley is also a 
list administrator, along with myself.

You should have received a welcome message that explains how you can 
manage your own list subscription. That email contains a password. 
You can use your email and the password to access the web page that 
lets you control your subscription. I suggest the first thing you do 
is change the password to something you can remember. But don't use a 
valued password (e.g. one you also use for something important) 
because email security is not all that great.
