Dear John, congratulations on completing your project.  I will certainly 
order a copy.  

We look forward to seeing you when you are in the States.  We are going to 
Shanghai December 11 - 18 for the celebration of the Shanghai Institute of 
Digestive Diseases, an interest of John's.  Short time to go so far, but the good 
news is that Martha our daughter who was in sschool in Shanghai for two year 20 
years ago, is also going.  We'll enjoy that.
