[Dialogue] Congratulations Tatwa

I do not know Tatwa's vision for ICAI or anything of his educational
background. I will share what I do know about him.

Tatwa is the founder and Executive Director of ICA in Nepal. He has
developed that organization quite quickly over the last 5 years to be a
strong NGO in Nepal. Jan Sanders works with him on some UN programs around
AIDS education. She has been quite impressed with him. He is one of the new
ICA leaders who have brought strong leadership and momentum to new ICAs. As
a group the new leaders have challenged ICAI to grow and change its focus to
live up to the potential they see that ICA can have globally through working
differently in the local and international community at the same time.

I will also ask Judy Harvie, the outgoing ICAI President to write something
for us on Tatwa's background and vision.
