That's what I had in mind. The Senge reference is good and he treats the
idea in a few different ways. A PSU is a totally different thing.

I'm wondering if anyone remembers the contexting that went along with those
"Feet on the Table" sessions. I think they were mostly led by Mathews and he
may not have given too much methods type context. The focus, as I remember
it, was always on the content.
