[Dialogue] Who remembers?

This fellow who is popular now, Patrick Leonini or something, wrote Five
Dysfunctions of a Team, Five Temptations of a CEO, wrote a book called Death
by Meeting in which he lays out several different meeting type functions
that, he says, often get confused and muddled into one meeting. One of the
types he describes is kind of feet on the table. I don't recall any method
to it, just a chance to put our feet on the table and talk about what is
going on. . .

"Food tastes better in a small house."

That's what I had in mind. The Senge reference is good and he treats the
idea in a few different ways. A PSU is a totally different thing.

I'm wondering if anyone remembers the contexting that went along with those
"Feet on the Table" sessions. I think they were mostly led by Mathews and he
may not have given too much methods type context. The focus, as I remember
it, was always on the content.
