Dear Cynthia
W teach a two day course on dialogue as part of our facilitation
certification program but in its basic form it involves
Silence (Being open to pause)
Advocacy (Being moved to share)
Inquiry (Listening and seeking to understand)
Respect (Discerning the "we" while sustaining individuals)
With respect, Larry

I know what World Cafe is -- lots of stuff on the web. But what is
"dialogue" Is there a structured method for it?
