Dear colleagues

Greetings from Exeter in South West England.

A recent client on a Group Facilitation Skills course, during a conversation
on planning, asked this question:

"How can I plan a process for a Women's Self-help group when it's basically
about a group of women sitting around having a chat?"

So we talked about planning & objectives that were implicit, and recommended
the Art of Focused Conversation. But I'd be interested to hear if anyone has
experience of working with a very loosely structured group that meets
regularly over along period of time: what processes have worked, what type
of planning is required, what's your experience?

I'll compile all responses and send them to anyone who request them.

Best wishes

Ghee
