Sunny and all our Dialogue colleagues,

The Dialogue does not allow attachments.  Therefore, when you receive a
message from the Dialogue that has a paperclip - for Outlook and Outlook
Express e-mail clients - that will be the plain text of the footer that
sometimes is found at the bottom of the messages or in some cases as an
attachment.  When it is an attachment that means the subscriber sent the
message in a formatted text, e.g., HTML, and Mailman (the software we use
for the Dialogue) converted it to plain text and made it an attachment.

Please avoid attachments, as Dialogue will strip them.  We recommend that
you copy/paste into the body of the e-mail message or ask folks to contact
you personally and you will send the attachment directly to them.

Okay, computer and list gurus -- my Outlook Express has a paperclip in the
list of messages to the left of Vance's message indicating an attachment,
but no attachment on the message itself (this has happened a few times
recently) -- went to the website and wasn't smart enough to find the
attachment. Any idea what's going on with my setup? Or remind me/us how to
find an attachment at the website (duh...sorry...must have those
instructions SOMEwhere!).
