Sorry this is a misrepresentation of facts and false report that a friend
assumed to be true sent to Evelyn. The bills exist but were initiated before
the Iraq war and have no backing in Congress at this time.

With respect, Larry

Dear American Colleagues,

I have read this through and am in shock this type of legislature would be
put in to motion without much fanfare, but am not surprised.

I want to apologize to my non-American colleagues and to those who would not
like us to use this venue for political purposes, but the spirit moved me to
act and I am sending this to everyone I can.

I read the bill. It is rather shocking.
What happened to freedom of choice in the good old USA?
