Dear Brian Stanfield, 

Evelyn Kurihara Philbrook here in Taiwan.  The "Courage to Lead" is such a
wonderful book, with so many ways to use our ICA methods in a practical
form. All of our facilitators in training truly enjoy seeing the examples
put to practical use along with us old timers. 

Although I have never had the pleasure of working with you or your wife
directly; dancing on tables, swinging across a collegium room, and stories
of you in Academy, RS-I, you name it, have been carried by colleagues around
the world.  

You are a spirit giant who made the legends!
