[Dialogue] Recommending Jim Wallis and Jeffery Sachs

Colleagues,
     Some of us here in Denver have greatly appreciated Jim Wallis's latest 
book, God's Politics, Why the Right Gets It Wrong and the Left Doesn't Get It.
     Then take a look at Time magazine, March 14, at the outstanding article 
on Jeff Sachs, head of Columbia University's Earth Institute who is promoting 
the UN"s Millennium Development Goals.   This means raising annual aid to 0.7 
percent of the GNP of donor countries in order to halve global poverty by 
2015.   I look forward to reading his book, The End of Poverty.
