Subject: Alleene Watson
Dear Colleagues,
Alleene Watson, JWM's youngest sister left her body this morning at 3:00 AM
in Houston at the hospice at the medical center. She was 82 years old. Her
brother Bishop Jim is writing the eulogy for the memorial service and Alice
Neill
her sister, will be traveling to houston for the service.
When we know more, when the service will be, we will send another mesage. We
feel very grateful that Alleene was able to travel to India in August 2003
with Principal Chandra Joshi and his son Dilip and both of her sons Jeff and
Tim.
We were able to go to Maliwada and an old man of the village told her, "Joe
made a man out of me. He worked side by side with me and before he came I
wasn't a man." That experience, of being in India was a great highlight of
her life
and a wonderful dream come true.
Alleene was very loved by her family and friends. She will be missed but as
one young man said, "For Alleene, this is like being a little kid excited
about
going to summer camp."
We will send more info soon.
Peace and Love,
Roseanne and Blase Sands
