How does one say "thank you "  for all of the care, scholarship, prayer 
and energy  that went into the editing of that little blue book?  I 
received it yesterday and have barely left it.  I am reminded once again 
of  what I know and have forgotten, of  what I have experienced and been 
unable to articulate,  and as a very young colleague said a long time 
ago "Oh, I know that, but know I now that I know it."
