Dear David & Linda:

	Please accept our deepest condolences and prayers for the completed 
life of dear Jay. Whenever Jay's name is mentioned a sharp image always 
enters our minds of Jay as a young man on the West Side. We are shocked 
that his life was ended at such an early age. What a reminder of how 
fragile life really is!
