My children knew Jay and always spoke admiringly about him.  He was a  
WONDER, a most remarkable human, in my mind.  The loving care of his  family, his 
friends, always was revealing to me of a personality which was  strong, 
creative, independent and worthy of attentive respect.  I am glad  to be part of a 
community able to recognize and celebrate that kind of  uniqueness among us.
