[Dialogue] OE list should be OK

The OE list should be OK now.

I appreciate very much the feedback from several of you about a 
possible www.wedgeblade.net website. However I request that any more 
feedback come to me personally at twegner at swbell.net, and not the 
whole list, since not everyone is interested in this topic. I hope to 
set up a way for us to talk about this among those interested. We'll 
come back with a proposal to the whole list when we are ready.
