[Dialogue] Board of Directors approves new mission statement for ICA USA

Hello colleagues,

Editorial gremlins crept into the new ICA mission statement that you just
received. Here is the correct version:

"The ICA's mission is releasing the capacity to create positive, sustainable
futures in EVERY individual, organization, and community."

(Emphasis added just to highlight the correction.)
