[Dialogue] Katrina refugees - project models needed

I think it might be easier to gain entre for our project, as well as fulfill 
dire need, to stage it in Houston, San Antonio or Dallas or their environs.  
My niece teaches in Irving, TX, and says her school district is expecting 1000 
new students tomorrow.

I am available as an experienced bilingual (Spanish and English) primary 
teacher with additional training in teaching learning handicapped children, to go 
to any of the above sites, where I have relatives with whom I could stay.  
Would love it to be where ICA is staging a project in which I could participate.
