G'day Sunny & all --

Very clever adaptation of the words & concepts.

Just remember that the number of bottom lines the public sector has  
to deal with is an order of magnitude greater than the private  
sector.  So of course it takes longer to reach a decision or do  
whatever.

It also means that long term public sector managers tend to be better  
at what they do (at least in Australia) than their private sector  
counterparts...
