Jan,
Thanks for the excellent assessment of the "Living the Questions" curriculum. 
 Sounds exciting!  Some of our folk are just hungering for anything authentic 
that provides a real option to the theology of the dominant society which for 
the moment is enthralled with the religious right.  One of our adult groups 
is studying John Shelby Spong's Rescuing the Bible from Fundamentalism written 
about 15 years ago but still relevant.  He provides a context and overview of 
the Bible that is an alternative to literalism which again has dominanted the 
contemporary scene.
