[Dialogue] Bob Funk

David and colleagues,

I was privileged to be a student at Drew and take both Greek and Net
Testament from Bob Funk.  He was always a very good teacher and very patient
with us.  He and his first wife, Micki, visited my student parish in Bayonne
NJ for a Sunday service and stayed with us for lunch and part of the
afternoon.  At that time John was a toddler and Tom an infant.  I am
grateful he came into our lives at a very good time for us.
