[Dialogue] Hurricane Rita

Hurricane Rita looks very nasty and is currently headed straight to 
Houston. Susan and I will be heading for Austin later today to stay 
with Gretchen, so we will be physically safe, and will hope for the 
best for our house (we're not in a flood zone, but there's always 
wind, and debris). Safety awareness is generally much higher because 
of Katrina, so hopefully more people will respond appropriately.

Many Katrina evacuees are being uprooted for the second time.
