And in the morning news here, Coca Cola is going to remunerate their board only if their revenue targets are made.  I had thought boards were, in part, to voice the common interest and guard the legality.
   
  Can this ever change, with SSSOOOOOO many organizations and organized interests, without creatiing some form of a "third house of Congress" (or more correctly, bringing it out of the shadows) where the organizational and organized interests of the country can contend with one another directly vs. doing by intervening between me and my representatives . . .
