[Dialogue] Highlights of the recent ICA USA Board Meeting

Dear Colleagues,
Here is a brief report from the December 1-3 meeting of the Board of
Directors of
ICA/EI USA.
Highlights of the Board's work included:
•	Commitment to improve the quality of the "communication loop" with
stakeholders, including work on the website for access to timely
information and products in early Jan.
•	Work with the ToP Trainers Network to refine its business model.
Kirk Harris and Board member Kathleen Joyce will attend the Network's
January meeting in Minneapolis.
•	Scheduling events in 2007:  The February Board Meeting in Phoenix
will create the process for "Expanded Table Conversations" around the
country and during the Spring Meeting in late April.  These will in
turn identify the focus and format for the rescheduled/redesigned
Living Legacy event October 5-7.  Locations will be announced in
February.
•	Prioritizing working connections with ICA Canada, ICA International
and global program initiatives such as HIV/AIDS.
•	Electing new officers: Carolyn Houpt Antenen, President; Suganya
Sockalingam, Vice President; Judy Lindblad, Secretary; Kathleen Joyce,
interim Treasurer.
