[Dialogue] The Completed Life of Donna Tims O'Daniels

Donna suffered a Subarachnoid aneurysm. Wednesday Jan 18.
She was declared dead on January 19,  2006 at the Boswell Memorial
Hospital in Sun City, Arizona.  She donated her organs to the Organ
Donor Network of Arizona.  Her heart, kidneys, liver and pancreas have
been successfully transplanted and her corneas are in process.

Donna was the daughter of Paula Philbrook and Kenneth Otto.  She was
born is Chicago, Illinois on Feb 13, 1978.  She married Jeff O'Daniels
and together they have a son, JR, 19 months old.

Donna's Memorial Service will be held at Epworth United Methodist
Church in Chicago on or about Feb 18, 2006.  Her remains will be
scattered in Arizona in the Summer of 2006.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for an Education Fund
for her son.

Donna completed her life after accomplishing her lifelong dream of having a
family of her own.
