[Dialogue] Fred Hess Dies

As much as I am saddened by the news of the completed life of Fred Hess, I
am awefilled at the giant of a man that I remember him being.  Like Janice I
was unaware of his involvement in the reform of public education during his
last years. What a gift he was. The impact of his life and the legacy of his
care now belong to eternity.
