Sunny,

	Presently, I am teaching English as Another Language with some groups 
of Spanish speaking immigrants. Speaking English well is a crucial 
asset for immigrants. They won't rise on the economic ladder unless 
they know English.  I call my method NEURO-SPEAK and it uses the 
natural way we all use our linguistic intelligence without textbook or
