[Dialogue] We Must Honor Earth's Limits

There are similar stories in Texas. The cotton farmers in West Texas
are having to cut back on irrigation and there are alarming
predictions about underwater supplies. Even places like Austin and
San Antonio are scratching for water to feed a growing population and
industries, and there is litigation over the Rio Grande and other
water supplies since all their tables are dropping, plus the cost of
water is going up and up. I imagine there are similar stories in
other states.
