[Dialogue] looking for Board Administration dynamics

Hello to all facilitators, 
I'm getting ready to do some facilitation/training for a first nation here on roles and responsibilities of Chief and Council.  I used to have a model on the dynamics between Council/Boards and Administration--however, I can't lay my hands on it right now.  Does anyone have such a model they could share/send?
