In my flagship 5 day Project Management course in which I prepare people for
a certification exam, I have to prepare them for questions on ethics and
professionalism. I begin that session with some of our images from
contextual ethics (3 metaphors good/evil - right/wrong - responsible
irresponsible) I translate what we said about building an ethical model as a
context to building an ethical mind map as a context for decision making (to
act ethically one must do one's ethical homework proactively) I then
illustrate some of that mixed with the code of ethics that goes with
certification which tracks well with our contextual ethics material. It is
usually well received and appreciated.

I also wonder if we should be working to reclaim the
term, Contextual Ethics. It makes more sense to me.
I no longer remember who created or introduced the
term,

I'm pretty sure the term "contextual ethics" was already in use in 1964,
when I first heard it at Iliff School of Theology in Denver.
