--I wonder what kind of decor will be found at the upcoming fake legacy
event in Chicago. I suspect that there will not be any like
Ann would have created and will be utterly non-effulgent. So said that the
ICA and has been taken over by the unintentional ones.

Anne, how good to have you join this august list--and
contribute to it! We could all use a celebration with
your decor lending energy and spirit to the occasion.
I remember preparing for some gathering when you were
mulling over what decor should grace the event. I
suggested that something related to effulgence would
be timely since that was the spirit motif de jour. As
preparations progressed, I walked through the Great
Hall to get energized, and there you were sweating it
out with some wonder-filled huge centerpiece, I
complimented you, and you replied, "You and your damn
effulgence"!! What a great celebration it was around a
big table full of candles, etc.
