Yes it is!!!! This event has so changed from its original forma as to unrognizable. It is now become a feel good without a hint of integrity - primary or secondary. Its purpose is to provide cover for the malfeasance of the Board of Directors of EI and ICA you can sugar coat like you or hide bethind some kind ofKarl Rovian politicial spin but it is still a farce wrapped predigogical bullshit.

Anne, how good to have you join this august list--and
contribute to it! We could all use a celebration with
your decor lending energy and spirit to the occasion.
I remember preparing for some gathering when you were
mulling over what decor should grace the event. I
suggested that something related to effulgence would
be timely since that was the spirit motif de jour. As
preparations progressed, I walked through the Great
Hall to get energized, and there you were sweating it
out with some wonder-filled huge centerpiece, I
complimented you, and you replied, "You and your damn
effulgence"!! What a great celebration it was around a
big table full of candles, etc.
