[Dialogue] ATM theft/scam

We never use ATMS.  Too expensive if it is not your own bank, and not  
necessary if you plan ahead.  
 
One bank that we've done their strategic plan for 15 years now (every  year) 
gets a lot of fee income from ATMs -- a profit center (out of control, in  my 
thinking)
